Yes — triggered closing-gift fulfillment is one of our most-requested programs. Your CRM or coordinator sends the recipient name, address, and closing date; we engrave and ship to arrive the day of (or whatever window you specify).
We have 200 agents — can each have their own branded program with brokerage pricing?
Yes. Brokerage-wide programs with per-agent customization (their name, photo, listing URL) and consistent per-piece pricing across every agent are standard. Brokerage approves the menu once, agents order from it.
Do you handle the required real-estate disclaimers on print materials?
Yes. Equal-housing disclaimers, brokerage license info, and any state- required compliance language placed correctly on every printed piece. Send us your compliance template once and we apply it forever.
Can you engrave a tumbler with a home address on a one-off?
Yes — single-piece engraved closing gifts are core to what we do. Twelve-piece minimums on most goods don't apply to closing-gift programs. Lock pricing once, order one at a time as you need them.
What's the rush window for a last-minute closing gift?
72 hours on engraved stock items if we have the address and the spec by noon. Custom-color or custom-box programs need more lead time. You'll know up front before you cut the PO.
Do you do annual housiversary programs that fire automatically?
Yes. Annual one-year, five-year, and ten-year housiversary programs fire from your CRM trigger or our internal date-keeper. Locked pricing, no per-order negotiation. The client gets a gift, you get the referral.
